D'Omah Bali, Ubud

We checked into D'Omah Bali located in Ubud around 4pm, we were all exhausted! Never knew the journey gonna take about 1 hour, due to the jam and small and narrow road. I really salute the driver! He's like super pro, no joke k! He was like 0.00000000001cm when passing the car from the opposite direction, I nearly died of heart attack!

We almost miss the turning into the hotel, basically in Bali their alley is really narrow, sometimes you can just miss it, it looks so shabby that your first impression will be like "OMG Are we Seriously Staying here? Shit!"
But when you turn into the alley, there you go...a huge land, like paradise!
 To the hotel lobby

 The Lobby
It's our favourite hang out place because.....
Yes WI-FI! That's the first thing we ask the moment we arrived, "Got wi-fi? Password apa?"

The outlook of our room, nice right! Super Balinese!
Love how they place petals of flowers at every stairway

 The Bathroom setting
Let's comment on the room: It's just basic nothing much, I hate it that they do not provide bedroom slippers, which makes me curl my feet each time I walk. Apart from that it's fine with me.

The Bathroom: Well, really dislike the lighting, it's a little too dark for me, I can hardly see. And the heater really gets on my nerve! It's heated based on the amount of water stored in the heater tank So after one person uses the shower you gotta wait like 15-20minutes for it to fill up and heat up Again! I didn't know at first, and I gotta shower with cold water on the first night. Dafuq!
The pool is lovely, not as bad as I thought.

Hotel service: Not that bad, service is only until midnight. However, the complimentary breakfast is really disappointing, they gave us the entire menu, and when we were about to order they said only THREE items out of the whole menu is complimentary, the rest we got to pay. They should have told us earlier on... But anyhow, the 3 items on the list is just super sad! I only remembered two on the list which was Porridge and Egg with toast bread. Super SAD!

Location: Pretty far from UBUD CENTRAL. You got to travel by car, walking is pretty impossible due to the road structure, it's dangerous, can get knock by any vehicle at any time of the day.

Overall: I am happy with the hotel, not as bad as I thought. It's quiet and definitely peaceful, suitable for those who are on a relaxing holiday. Only complains was the room heater, lighting and the breakfast.
We paid about RM300/night for the hotel.
The night ended with a Balinese massage at Verona Spa introduced by our tour guide.

Till then....stay tuned for our next day activity, super rough and exciting!
